Atlanta Hawks two-way guard RayJ Dennis has been recognized for his outstanding G League performance, earning selection to the 2025-26 All-NBA G League Third Team. The announcement came from the NBA G League, honoring Dennis for his remarkable contributions across multiple teams during the season.
The 6'1 guard showcased his versatility by appearing in 38 games (36 starts) for three different franchises: the San Diego Clippers (5 games), Noblesville Boom (2 games), and College Park Skyhawks (31 games). Dennis posted impressive averages of 23.6 points, 9.4 assists, and 4.6 rebounds in 35.6 minutes per game while shooting 44.5% from the field, 36.1% from three-point range, and 74.6% from the free throw line.
After signing his two-way contract with the Hawks on December 31, Dennis delivered one of the most statistically impressive individual seasons in College Park Skyhawks history. He recorded the highest scoring regular season in franchise history with 24.2 points per game.
Dennis finished the regular season ranked among the top 10 players in the league across multiple categories. He placed second in assists (10.4), tied for fourth in steals (2.1), and sixth in scoring (24.2), demonstrating his well-rounded impact on both ends of the court.
During his 31 games with College Park, Dennis recorded 19 double-doubles and two triple-doubles, becoming the first Skyhawk since Tahjere McCall in the 2019-20 season to achieve multiple triple-doubles in a single campaign. His 19 double-doubles rank second all-time in franchise history, trailing only Justin Tillman's 21 during the 2021-22 season.
The Oswego, Illinois native made franchise history by becoming the first Skyhawk to record multiple 45+ point games. He first tied the single-game scoring record on January 16 against the Delaware Blue Coats with 46 points, then broke the record on February 12 against the Noblesville Boom with a 47-point outburst.
In his 46-point performance, Dennis achieved a historic milestone by becoming the first player in NBA G League history to record at least 46 points, 15 assists, five rebounds, and four steals in a single game, accomplishing this feat in just 38 minutes of action.
This marks the second consecutive season Dennis has earned postseason honors, having previously been named to the 2024-25 All-NBA G League Rookie Team. He becomes the first Skyhawk to receive All-NBA G League recognition since Justin Tillman (First Team) and Cat Barber (Second Team) were honored during the 2021-22 season.
Dennis joins PJ Hall, Ron Harper Jr., Alijah Martin, and Daishen Nix on the All-NBA G League Third Team, cementing his status as one of the league's premier performers for the 2025-26 campaign.
