Brandon McCoy Jr., a five-star point guard ranked No. 11 nationally in the 2026 class, has committed to the University of Michigan. The 6-foot-5 playmaker from California chose the Wolverines over offers from Kansas, Arizona, and USC. His commitment marks a significant early victory for new head coach Dusty May as he builds his first recruiting class.
